Did you upload a file on the Customer Invitation Link, but your file doesn't appear to have sent? 

Before you try again, please take a look at the template, paying close attention to the column headers. If you spot a mistake in the file you tried to upload, simply correct the error and upload again. 

If you're still stumped, never fear! Send a quick email to support@captix.com, telling us which event you're working on, and attaching the file you attempted to upload.
