URGENT UPDATE REGARDING YOUR BUDURL ACCOUNT
On December 1st, we launched a huge upgrade and migrated everyone to our brand new BudURL platform. The feedback has been awesome, but there's one more step - and this one is up to you.
In order to make your short domain work with BudURL, you had to add a DNS entry to send traffic to our platform. It only took you a few minutes, but was critical to make it work. Now that our new servers are in place, we want to send your short domain to our new and improved hardware. This is the final step in the migration process and it must be done by you (or your IT folks).
NOTE: This only applies if you use a custom domain name with BudURL and created it prior to December 1, 2014.
If your BudURL domain name currently points to: 184.108.40.206 (the old IP address)
You must update your DNS records so that your domain now points to: 220.127.116.11 (the new IP address)
The whole process should take you or your IT folks just a few minutes and will be absolutely transparent to your users, your customers, and your links. It will be like magic - only better. No downtime, no disruption, and 100% transparent.
