New Support Portal

After months of research, discussion, and trials, BudURL is in the process of migrating to a new support infrastructure, powered by Freshdesk.  We reviewed over a dozen solutions, ran trials on many of them, but Freshdesk felt like the right fit for both our team and our customers.  We're still learning the ropes a bit, so please be patient if we are a bit clumsy in our replies, but it shouldn't take long for us to have it all figured out.

In addition, we're in the process of converting our knowledge-base over to our new portal.  It will look a bit sparse and things might jump around a bit until we figure out the right model, but we're eager for your feedback and suggestions.

P.S.  Some content will only be visible after you have logged into our new portal.  This allows us to share account-specific instructions and FAQs with our enterprise clients.  We know this is an extra hurdle, but hope you'll understand as we do our best to consolidate over 5-years of knowledge and know-how into our new BudURL Center of Excellence.
